MILTON EAGLES CHEERLEADING 2012-13 SEASON TRYOUTS

…for rising 9th-12th graders

TRYOUT PACKETS DUE February 24 to Coach Stucky or Coach Marsh

TRYOUTS will take place March 12-16, 2012 beginning @ 4:30 p.m. in MHS gym

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Any student attending or transferring to Milton High School may try out; transfer registration must be satisfactorily completed.
All cheerleaders must meet the academic requirements of the Georgia High School Association and the Georgia Department of Education. A student must have passed five out of six classes during the most recent grading period and be on track for graduation.
Grade requirements must be met the semester preceding tryouts and maintained each semester. Cheerleaders who make a squad will have their report cards checked for final grade averages. Anyone who does not meet the minimum requirements will be removed from the roster.
Students trying out must be able to demonstrate his/her best possible skills, which include tumbling, jumps, motions, dance and spirit. Cheerleaders who make a squad must be able to maintain the skills he/she demonstrated at tryouts.
Cheerleaders are expected to follow ALL cheerleading requirements, coach’s expectations and requirements as outlined in 2012-13 Tryout Packet.
Cheerleaders are the ambassadors of Milton High School and must maintain high standards and morals. The responsibility and pride of good leadership is yours!
