February 24 – TRYOUT PACKET DUE TO COACH STUCKY OR COACH MARSH

March 12-16 TRYOUTS

It is imperative that you be present every day of the tryout. We will be stunting during the tryouts. All standing and running tumbling will be evaluated every day. Tryouts will end March 15 for everyone except those interested in being CONSIDERED for the Varsity Football/Competition squad. Tryouts will be held in the Milton High School main gym beginning at 4:30 p.m. each day. We will finish at 6:30 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday, on Wednesday and Thursday we will go until everyone has tried out. Tryouts for Varsity Football/Competition will continue through Friday.

March 21 UNIFORM SIZING

All Varsity Football and Basketball cheerleaders should meet in the girl’s locker room IMMEDIATELY after school to be sized for uniforms and order additional cheer apparel.

All JV and Freshman Football and Basketball cheerleaders should meet in the girl’s locker room at 5 p.m. to be sized and order cheer apparel.

March 28

MANDATORY MEETING

A mandatory meeting for parents and cheerleaders will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the Milton High School main gym. ***Payment for Eagle Pass and all cheer apparel due at this time.

COMPETITION CHOREOGRAPHY CAMP

Varsity Competition May 31-June 1

JV Competition May 23-24

Mandatory attendance. Choreography for competition routines will be taught at Georgia Allstars from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. ***Choreography fees due at this time.

August 11 FOOTBALL CHOREOGRAPHY CAMP

Mandatory attendance for all JV and Freshman Football cheerleaders. Choreography for half-time routines will be taught at Georgia Allstars from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

July 9-13 MINI CAMP FUNDRAISER

All cheerleaders are required to attend every day from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.! Mini Camp is the major annual fundraiser for the Milton Cheerleading program.

August 4
OLD SOLDIERS DAY PARADE

All Milton cheerleaders are required to participate in this annual historic parade down Main Street…hours are approx. 8 a.m. to 12 noon. Visit City of Alpharetta website for parade route: www.alpharetta.ga.us. More information to be announced!
